Week 3 Challenge!How are you going to take your motivation to the next level and smash through this obstacle? @bodybuildingcom Week 3 was absolutely hard. As a single mom raising a 1 year old, working, exercising full time, and dealing with other life issues, can be very hard to juggle. Everyday my body has been aching from weight training. And everyday I have been tired from waking up at 5-6am from my adorable son. I'm starving and there are days that I feel so hangry. Lol. But never once do I complain on my circumstance. We all have trials in our lives but the ones that succeed don't stay long at the pity party. They get back up when they have been slammed down hundreds of times. One day at the gym I felt like my poor body could not do it anymore. I felt so weak and discouraged. But as I sat there on the leg press, I heard encouraging words from Eminem. "Look If you had One shot Or one opportunity To seize everything you ever wanted In one moment Would you capture Or just let it slip?" I thought about my son at that moment. This challenge is more than losing weight and cellulite from my ***. It's about giving a better life to my son. I have to do this for him. He depends on me and I can't let him down. So how am I going to keep motivated and smash through these obstacles? By visualizing my sons face when I tell him we did it. We won.
