Good shyt!! Found this recipe online. 8 stalks scallions, chopped 3 Tbsp. minced ginger 2 tsp. Kosher salt 1 tsp. fish sauce 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Too much oil though, I drained out 2tbl before taking this pic. Will probably use a little less salt next time.
