Right after training I have a whey protein shake along with some simple and complex carbs in the locker room . This was my post workout food meal about 2 hours later. Protein and complex carbs. Skinless chicken breast strips, two small red potatoes, two slices of whole wheat toast, honeydew melon, Crystal Light and water. 430 calories, 45 G protein, 55 g carbs and 2 fat.
