This has been my Go To breakfast lately and it will continue until I get bored LOL. Slice of French Toast topped with cinnamon, turkey bacon, honeydew melon, hard boiled egg, scoop of Whey Protein and water. Some days after fasted cardio I am more hungry and will add a 2nd French Toast. With 1 slice this is about 450 calories, high protein and fat, moderate carbs. My next meal with more more Whey along with a load of carbs such as bagels and red potatoes.
