My arms lost a lot of size and strength over the last few months, my arms feel skinny...but it's on it's way back hopefully. Halfway through week 4 of this 8 week trainer and seeing good results so far. My shoulder is so much better than it was woohoo. I'm tired and hungry but need to push on still ???
