The left photo was taken just over 2.5 weeks ago, not much training at all through December, inconsistent with what training I did, ****** diet and a fu#ked up shoulder. I felt fat, my clothes were tight, I didn't feel comfortable with myself at all and it needed to be sorted. Right photo just taken this morning, I am down around 2-2.5kg in not even 3 weeks. Diet is on point, training is on point, cardio is more or less on point too. 5 weeks left of Kris Gethin's 8 week trainer and I am pleased so far with what I have achieved...let's see what happens in the next 5 weeks.
