Smashed a shoulder day finishing at 20 to 1, in the morning. I started this workout today but finished it tomorrow. . Was a ridiculously long day, considered not even going to the gym, and doing shoulders tomorrow (today). But, Friday was shoulder day, no matter what I had to stay true to the course. . Been a tough week fighting food cravings, being surrounded by sugar and oh-so delicious foods, along with scattered workout times. But we got through and now weâre heading into the third week. . Physically strong - mentally tough. . Be powerful - live deliberately - make your life matter.
