Pre During and Post Workout Packing

I get a workout just carrying my gym bags because I pack a lot of stuff. But proper hydration plus pre, post and DURING workout nutrition is very important to me. This was a few days ago for a weight session followed by cardio. 4 shaker bottles and 3 Tupperware containers for pre workout, intra workout, pre and post cardio. Tupperware had various combinations of whey, waxy maize, glutamine, BCAAs, creatine and beta alanine. Green shaker bottle had my C4 pre workout. Bottled water is ice cold. Sandwich bags had apple slices I eat while training and a Hershey Bar for post workout simple carbs. This is easier on my teeth than Gummy Bears. Vitamin holders contain my pre cardio stack of caffeine, green tea and synephrine
