Too ashamed to show my face, I was so big. Getting back to 300lbs that month was the low point. I was tired of being so fat for so long, carrying 300-320lbs for half of my life. So much has changed since that day. Learning how to take care of myself, believing that I deserve it, and achieving it was more than I could have ever asked for. Little did I know it was just the beginning, and that my quality of life would continue to peak as I wanted, because I’ve learned first-hand that anything is achievable if willing to put in the work.
