So a bit of shoulder action this morning, no overhead presses at all today due to my bloody tendinitis, grrr. I destroyed delts with a series of side raises 40,30,20,10, 10, 20, 30, 40, followed by front raises and rear delt flyes in a high rep fashion. I love high reps, it's so much more mental work and I can use lighter weights to still destroy myself. Work is causing a lot of stress to my shoulder and wrist, it's so hard to rest the problem areas when work is so full on right now...I need to retire ?
