Excuse the bad photo quality. Today was meant to be shoulders but my tendinitis was playing up a bit so no overhead pressing...back day it shall be then. Started out with 3 sets of 10 pull ups - body weight, then added weight with each set - 10reps/5kg, 8reps/10kg and thought I would see if I could do 20kg as a final what the hell set. Managed 2 and a bit reps, a new best for me so not too bad. ????
