Well I look and feel like a sack of spuds under my top, but I am able to train hard again more or less. Shoulder presses are a problem still but I am getting better week by week now. All the unwanted weight I've put on is right in the middle, tummy and chest...my arms and shoulders have stayed fairly lean so that's something. I want to start next year with visible abs so I am working on turning the sack of potatoes in to well...not a sack of potatoes haha. ???
