After not working out for two years and during that time I suffered a broken wrist and a torn shoulder, I also went through two break ups, and because of all this I hit an all time low and lacked confidence in myself...that is when I decided to start working out again! Starting to see results and feeling good again, don't ever give up guys keep working hard! Hard work pays off!
