I've definitely been getting more tone and lean and I'm building my strength back up which is exciting. I've been maxing out on certain lifts which is always a great feeling. Now I want to really put effort into cutting weight and significantly decreasing my body fat which is currently nighter than I would like it to be (it's in the 30 %s and i want to get it to the 20% range). It's definitely a challenge to stay healthy in college but I want this pretty bad so I hope I can succeed at loosing weight for once in my life. My currently weight is 168 and my goal is 150 :)
