Hey fit fam. I really need some encouragement. A week ago I fell off a rock climbing wall and tore a ligament in my ankle. I've been in a lot of pain because of it but now I'm also sick with a super bad cold and I just feel so low. I'm scared in going to loose all the strength I have worked so hard to acquire and I'm worried about weight gain, even though I am eating in moderation. I miss the gym and I'm honestly really depressed about this whole situation. Anyone been in my position that can offer me some advice and encouragement?
