Heart of the matter

The most attractive thing about a person should have less to do with their face or body and more to do with their heart for others and how they treat people. Since becoming a mom it's become more important to me than ever to set a good example for my kids, maintaining positive connotations of food and exercise. While we all may want to improve on certain things we see in the mirror let's focus on fueling our bodies for all that they can do to make this world more beautiful!
