While my time for competing in shows was short, I learned so much from the experiences. My favorite category what was called "fitness model". I am a natural figure pro (drug and polygraph tested) but I am not a IBFF pro. The highest I got in IFBB was amateur 2nd place and 7th at nationals. The first show I did was 12 years ago and I was so scared. But I stepped through that fear and it changed my life. Don't let something scary stop you! It could be the beginning of something amazing!
