It isn't a restrictive diet, it isn't a cellulite free body, abs or a certain training program. Why? Because these things are ever changing, the only constant in life is change. Health is feeling good, being able to live a life fully without physical or mental restrictions always creating fear or stopping you from living. What this looks like isn't societies perfect body ideal this month, year or decade. It doesn't look like the opinions and perceptions of others in fact it doesn't have a standard look at all. But it does have a standard feel. It feels ******* awesome, joyful, like there are possibilities every where, not restrictions, like your life is full, you have so much to be grateful for and you are/your life is worthy and enough... stop chasing the ideals and start following your soul, your hearts desires.. I promise your life will be everything enough as you!
