I'm pretty proud of all I've done in the past five years to get healthy. Believe it or not I've been following a diet the whole time. Every time I've changed it up to allow for more carbs, I've gone overboard and let the fat boy in me come out. Ice cream has been the biggest obstacle to success. So, as I start Carb Back Loading again next week, I'm cutting out ice cream for at least 8 weeks.!
