What's the only downside to sticking to your meal plan (*cough*except for the occasional taco*cough*) & giving 100% to your workouts? ...all your shorts are going to be too big ? When you have a trainer who reallyyyy knows what he's doing, you best be prepared to do a lot of shopping for new clothes ?
