Warm up alt DB curls 2 sets 20 *BB curls Wide 8 Neutral 8 Narrow 8 4 sets Quad set Triceps Cable pressdowns 15 Cable underhand grip pull downs 15 Rack reverse grip push-ups 10 Rack tricep push-ups 10 4 sets Hammer strength bicep curl machine 10 together 10 isolated 10 alternating (per arm) 10 together =1 set 4 sets *DB OH Tricep extension 20 Superset Kneeling single arm kickbacks 10 (shown here) Superset Single arm bicep curl with 45 degree angle 10 (shown here) 3 sets Finish with 2 sets of chin ups to failure.... arms were spent...3 was all I had left in me! #momswithguns #lioness #beyoutifulbeast #lifestyle #chasinglife
