Today my animal instinct took over my body and mind.... Warm up 2 sets light standing DB press 15 reps Seated Arnold Press 4 sets 1. 15/10/5 weight ascending 2. 5/10/15 weight descending 3. 10 heavy 4. 10 heavy then regular DB press to failure Quad Set- shown here BB press BB behind head press BB upright row BB front raise 8 reps each 4 sets Seated lateral raises superset seated bent over flies 10 reps 3 sets Single arm cables- shown here -lateral raises -bent over rear raises -behind back lateral raises 8 reps per arm 3 sets Finisher Plate raises - drop sets to failure (See previous post) After months of doing what I loved because I HAD to, today I fell back in love doing what I LOVE because I simply LOVE doing it.
