Finished the week off with a great back session. This morning my shoulder and lower back felt a bit twitchy, I am spending about 20-30 mins before every workout now stretching, active stretching and warming up which is really helping. In the last 2 weeks I have seen some dramatic changes and I can't wait to see how things go over the next 6 weeks. Happy Friday everyone ?????
