Half way through week 2 of Kris Gethin's 8 week hardcore trainer - biceps & triceps today. Killer session powered by Slipknot...and I'm super happy I managed dips for the first time this year, no shoulder problems at all, woohoo. Seeing some great results already in such a short time and excited to see what I can achieve over the next 6/7 weeks. New gym trainers are super cool too, I hate conventional trainers and these are great for lifting.
