Not my best day! Ever have one of those where you just can't get full?? That was me today Top left Bfast: blueberries, strawberries, green beans cooked in coconut oil and a hard boiled egg Middle snack: 100 cal oatmeal and a protein shake Top right lunch: grilled veggies, apple cider slaw, and tuna with hidden valley Greek yogurt Caesar dressing in a lettuce wrap Bottom left snack: lunch didn't satisfy me at all so shortly after I ate half a serving of pistachios and more protein Middle bottom snack: after running couldn't wait to eat so splurged and ate a flat out wrap with cheese :( bad Katie Dinner: salmon with cauliflower mash and green beans Yikes.. Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I feel full at some point! Lol
