Top left breakfast: homemade 'cream of wheat' type thing- lots of protein! Middle snack: strawberries, plain tuna with hot sauce, two pickle slices and a hard boiled egg Right lunch: spaghetti squash with cherry tomatoes, spinach and shrimp. . Garlic, parsley, and olive oil finish this recipe ... Amazingggg! Bottom left dinner: deconstructed shish kabobs.. Chicken, zucchini, red onions, colored peppers and mushrooms Bottom right: protein shake Not pictured are some peanuts I had while at trivia tonight.. Still extremely under calories tho so not too upset even tho i didn't plan on eating anything - hey I didn't drink any beer so it's still a win right?? Lol
