Day 5! Left breakfast: made a zucchini, egg, flaxseed 'pancake' (not a repeater lol) with some egg whites and two turkey sausage links and coffee Top right dinner - chicken breast, broccoli/cheddar tots, apple cider slaw Bottom right: protein shake I don't normally skip meals by any means but I just didn't have time to eat since I was at work all day :(
