Day 4 Top left breakfast: spinach one egg two tsp of flaxseed cooked in grape seed oil Top right snack: (forgot to take pic before eating) but oatmeal, strawberries/blueberries, protein shake Bottom left technically lunch but ate it at 6 pm after work : heated up some leftover shepherds pie with cauliflower mash topping Middle/bottom right dinner: went to sushi. Got miso soup, one roll since I was under calories and then got 6 sashimi pieces (fish without rice)
