I didn't realize how many carbs I was consuming until I started the keto diet! I had to track my food and I was eating more than 200 grams of carbs ? so I have now increased my fat a bunch, decreased my protein and wiped out carbs. In one week I've lost 6 lbs ? but my muscle mass and strength are staying the same. It's absolutely amazing!
