I've been doing yoga religiously everyday for the past year. I still ate bad and wasn't seeing very good results with my body. After having 3 kids I thought I might be screwed in the core area, until my sister in law said she was thinking about entering a fitness competition. Well she got me on board and here I am. I'm hoping to shred the fat I have by following a strict diet and lifting regimen while doing low intensity cardio and HIIT training on the side. I could use any advice anyone has to offer because I'm completely new at this. Thanks!

It makes me feel good about myself. I can't wait to see what bodybuilding will do for my bod! :)
