Squatted 4 plates (405) for 1 rep last night for the first time. I had failed at 400 over a month ago on a free barbell squat, and this time I hit 405 on a parallel box squat. Felt really good, so I have no doubt I'll be at 400 soon on a squat without the box. Very excited as a 400 pound squat has been a long-time goal for me. 14 years of lifting, and I'm still making progress without the use of drugs.
