I began weight training in high school and had a couple of fallouts since then. I started getting back into routine lifting in October 2010. In 2012, I started to become more strict with my nutrition. I began studying for my NASM CPT exam around the same time which I passed in September of 2012.
I briefly worked as a personal trainer for a commercial gym. Now I train independently and write workout programs as well as provide nutrition and supplementation recommendations to anyone who desires a coach to help them achieve their health and physique goals.
I currently accept virtual and one-on-one training clients. One-on-one training occurs in the Southeast Indiana area. If you're interested in what I have to offer you, feel free to send me a message.
I feel great when I lift. Lifting is an amazing challenge, and the iron can teach you a great deal. I want to live a healthy lifestyle so that I can be around for my family and friends as well as live a full and great life. The gym is the one place I can count on to clear my mind and enjoy myself. Training is the one thing that I always look forward to doing.
