6 Year Transformation
OVERALL RATING
Through consistency and hard work I was able to get past a barrier most my family is faced with and that's gaining weight. We all are thin in general but are athletic. I don't think I want to be any bigger than this honestly, I got to 205lbs and felt like crap. If big is your thing then cool, just wasn't for me. I didn't see the benefits of it besides looks. Anyways with all that said, if you are or were like me back then and wanted to give up because you didn't see progress. Just keep pushing through, we've all heard it before that it's a marathon not a sprint and it's definitely the truth. Slow and steady wins this race, so keep attacking your goals, be smart with your training and REALST when needed. I workout 3 days a week only, no need to beat yourself up in a gym all week, get out and enjoy life as well because your mental health is just as important as your physical.
