Been lifting on and off since HS so it's kind of a hobby now. Now that I've been into it consistently for a year its safe to say its an addiction!! Lol, I'll happily take this sort of addiction over drugs (which I've never tried ever in my life) anytime of the day.

It keeps me in shape, social and motivated to do other things. Plus I get the chance to share what little knowledge I've gained over the years with others in the gym and through social networking. I love the high you get from it and the feeling of accomplishment after a 3 hr workout session, I love it!
