Dinners done for meal prep. grilled sirloin steak, steamed carrot, steamed broccoli. I also have for lunch turkey on ezikiel bread with olive oil mayo, green leaf, roma tamato, spicy mustard and havarti cheese, snacks are almonds, pepper jack cheese sticks, mixed berry greek yogurt, blueberries and peanut butter with apples, breakfast always made fresh because I like to make breakfast for my kids which is 3 whole egg omelets loaded with sharp cheddar, sweet bells, chicken, spinach and some green chili sauce with a side of maple brown sugar organic oats and a cup of butter coffee. I also may, and usually do eat kale, broccoli, Brussel sprout salad with cranberry raisons and seeds somewhere in the day with balsamic vinegarette too. Not to mention my supplementation. Ever since changing my diet and prepping in advance I feel as though I have more time for other things and generally feel better throughout the day.
