I got started with body building or fitness after realizinng my strength and cardio was weak during my Jiu Jitsu training. So to improve on my Jiu Jitsu training I felt it was necessary to work on my overall strength and health as well.

I find that my energy levels are up and more consistent when addding a workout routine to my daily life.
