OVERALL RATING
I'm not fishing for compliments, I'm not calling myself 'fat'... I just wanted to acknowledge I am human and have set backs like everyone else. This picture is my pre and post Nashville body. I cheated everyday for 4 days straight, I woke up early to run and had a few healthy meals but this is why I eat the way that I do when I'm on schedule at home. When people tell me I can eat something because I work hard enough in this gym this is why I choose not to. I gained about 5 lbs during my Nashville trip, and the way my body works I always gain it in my midsection and lose my abs. Being back on track with my eating and exercising I know my body and it will be back to 'normal' in less than a week...but it comes with a lot of work and very strict eating. Like everyone else I have set backs, I gain and lose weight, I take a break and go on vacation. The more important thing is getting back to normal the moment you return home. For me the experiences I enjoyed were well worth the few temporary pounds???????
