Here's the ice cream I was talking about. Fresh milk and cream, 1/2 the fat, nothing artificial. If you can't see, it says 100 calories, 2 g or saturated fat and 13 g of sugar per 1/2 cup, only 3G of fat and 3G protein. Ingredients: Non-Fat Milk, Cane sugar, cream, buttermilk, tapioca starch, pectin, guar gum,ground vanilla beans. How does this sound for those who know me a bit???
