Worked the bootie today, tried kneeling squats on smith....pretty cool and got some weird looks lol. Reworked split because of shoulder. Mon -leg day quad focus Tues - bi tri back Wed - leg day glute focus Thurs - bi tri traps Fri - leg day Hammie focus. Since I can't go crazy with intensity because the shoulder is still healing will do this along with Hiit to get back into condition. I can swap Sat rest day for mid week if I have to.....will probably do that next week so I have more recovery time for my shoulder. Just can't focus on the gains yet til shoulder is a bit better so I'm adjusting macros a bit as well. It is what it is. Kill it peeps.
