Often I find that people QUIT not because it's actually that hard but rather the realities are not meeting the 'initial' expectations. The fitness industry has produced these fallacy's that in just a few short weeks you can achieve these dream physiques. What's often left out is the variables that these transformations endured. The majority often come at the cost of consistent sacrifice with no room for error....none!!! Or the beginning physique was already reaping potential due to years of athleticism and/or mature muscle. Or there was already a history of reaching that end result therefore the individual was accustomed to the routine and discipline that was required to achieve it. Or 'supplementation' played a role. Or they arched just a little different and now their flat *** looks like big booty Judy. The point is: 1+3 and 2+2 both equal 4, just because your equation is different than theirs doesn't mean it's wrong. MOST people quit when they don't see the results in themselves based on the others that they are 'comparing' their efforts too. Don't be like most people.....sometimes that one day when it all comes together is right after this day that you are thinking it just might never..... Be patient Be persistent Be positive
