Took a day off the diet to recoup and get plans sorted. With the extra kcal in I decided today to hit a full body workout and put it to use and hit up 2 rounds of cardio to control my rebound while i increase my kcal again! Looked ok today little fluffy and watery but overal not too bad, can even see some striations coming in on my chest! No such thing as an offseason for me only an improvement season and I have been handed a target of bringing my chest up, 12 weeks, 24 sessions starting tomorrow...... Bring it on! Look out May I'm coming for you like it's tomorrow!
