Wild card day. usually Saturday is to work on any muscle that i feel need a bit more to improve and i ended up doing a bit of everything but mostly killing back and shoulders. started with some cable work to warm up properly and then to heavy rack pulls paired with DB flyes to close chest press and rear delt rows paired with shoulder press on the hammer machine, some arnolds press with rear belt raises to exhaust the shoulders and finally biceps curls (lying/kneeling/standing X30 reps) and triceps extensions (incline bench/reverse grip X20 reps) superset all cable. Calves and core circuit to finish strong ?????? #enjoy the weekend #fitfam
