Would you believe me if I told you that I accomplished this without cutting out any food groups and without ever doing cardio for more than 30 minutes at a time? Before you assume that I have a fast metabolism or gifted genetics...I don't. I worked hard for this. I know how many people struggle with their weight and eating habits so it's important for me to share my insight in hopes of it reaching someone who could use the information. For some reason overexertion and restrictive eating have become romanticized in the fitness industry, but killing yourself in the gym every day and being afraid of anything that is calorically dense will more than likely set you back in the long run (which are both reasons why I found myself in a position to be taking the photo on the left). Balance and consistency are what will allow you to succeed in your fitness journey.
