Workout done, now it's time to hangout with my cat! Here's a cardio workout I did today that you can do at home...-30 step overs - 12 tuck jumps -20 mountain climbers - 10 walking push-ups (repeat for 5 rounds with 45 seconds-1 minute of rest in between each round). Happy weekend everyone!
