Healthy Dinner on a hot day. Grilled Skinless chicken glazed with Dijon and cognac, Garlic Sweet potato mash with mild curry Greek yogurt and Italian marinated tomato salad. Lite way to end the day.Presentation is a bit fussy but that's how I roll!
