Corrected umbilical hernia, diagnosed with carpal tunnel and tendonitis, Spinal Disease( Bulging C5/C6 with a pinch nerve and a Disease in C4) in 2004 not sure where I stand now on my Spine. BUT I don't let this keep me from working out.
