My Supper Tonight: Red Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp with Shirataki Noodles. Cals: 189, Fat 4.7, Carb 11.2, Prot 27.3. Had higher expectations for this. Shirataki noodles are essentially carb free and were rubbery and not too enjoyable. Next time: Rice!
