Shock your body with bands. 25 lb resistance bands is what I have here, also to get the most out of your upper pecs, bring that bar down to your upper pec,, you are almost touching your throat.

500 lb rack pulls half way into my back day. Wanna get strong, wanna get bigger, then push yourself to the limit each week. Remember big moves like deadlifts, rack pulls and the squat release natural test levels. So incorporate them weekly.

Straight arm pulldowns can really bring out the cuts in the lats if you are cutting. But if you are bulking they can really add that mass to the lats by making them thicker. Be sure you get a good full stretch at the top and then fully contract it
