Running on fumes this morning... The only way to approach this one was to just jump right on it before I could have too much time to think about it, lol!

For a total of 12 hang power cleans, 22 dead lifts, 30 kettle bell swings, 36 wall balls, 40 push ups, 42 burpees, 42 box jumps, 40 pull ups, 36 sumo dead lift high pulls, 30 front squats, 22 hand stand push ups and 12 thrusters. Glad it's over! :)
