How important is it to you to take a multi-vitamin everyday? I take them everyday no matter what to make sure my body is getting all the right nutrients and to help me stay healthy.

A simple and easy shake that I make often is with my Lean Body for Her Vanilla Isolate Protein. Take 1 scoop of LBFH Vanilla isolate protein with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and ice, blend and enjoy!

This is one of my favorite preworkout food options. One slice of Ezekiel toast with 2 tablespoons of my Lean Body for Her peanut protein and 2 medium strawberries. 138 cal. 2.5g fat 22g carbs 10g protein
